Programming of Lego Mindstorms Robot on Ocean Mat - Action Blocks
Students will learn to make the robot move in different ways my using the various Action Blocks.
Challenge 1: Starting from Black Island, the robot must roll north for a distance of 6 rotations.
Challenge 2: Starting from Black Island, the robot must roll as close to the turtle as possible without rolling over it. You must find the right number of rotations without using a sensor.

Programming of Lego Mindstorms Robot on Ocean Mat - Action Blocks, Flow Blocks and Sensor Blocks
Students will build the colour/ultrasonic sensor attachment and will learn to make the robot react when detecting speceific colours, using the colour sensor with the wait block.
Challenge 5: Starting from the port, the robot must detect a contaminated zone (shown as a colour on the mat). Once it has reached the zone, the robot must stop and repeat a sound (beep) 5 times.
