Theme 3 Activity: Twenty Thousand Leagues Under The Sea
Students will learn about buoyancy by creating a model of a submarine. Students will discover that, in order to cause a submarine to dive underwater, you have to increase its density by allowing water to enter and to bring it back to the surface, you have to decrease its density by releasing the water.
